Answers:
Try to relax - could be a bruise which is essentially a blood clot but it is outside the blood vessel and so poses no danger to your heart, lungs, or brain - treat it as you would any bruise - ice, elevation, rest!. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably were tense after the blood being drawn!. Maybe you didn't want to hurt your arm after and you held it stiff!. That's how you get knots in your muscles!. I don't think it will be a problem unless you're leaving information out!. A normal body should be able to deal with slight bleeding with out blood clots in the vein!. It's just the surface the should clot, unless the nurse forced air into your vein (All instruments are design not to let this happen and certified nurse are so routine in their work they know how to avoid such incidences!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put some ice on it for a couple of days--20 minutes at a time, three times a day!. The bruise should resolve!. If it remains sore, you could have a local infection!. Why don't you just call your doctor instead of worrying about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will get better the vain is probaly bruised from the needle it will heal!.
How did you have thre kids without blood being drwan before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
