How to sleep better?!


Question: How to sleep better!?
I never get any really good sleep!.!.!.
I'm always really tired!.!.
I've talked to my doctor about it, but she said I'm just off schedule!.
What can I do to get better sleep without using any type of pill to knock me out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to pray or meditate before going to bed, that will help you calm your mind!. Also, go to sleep in a room with few electronics turned on as possible and make sure it is dark in the room!.

Also, clear your mind before sleeping and don't worry about upcoming events or projects otherwise your mind will concentrate on that!. Also, read a BORING book, yes that's right, a boring book such as Quantum Physics, Calculus II & Calculus III, or Organic/Inorganic Biology (This is NO joke!)

Go to bed at the same time every night, wind down for an hour before bed, NO TV or music in the bedroom, no stimulating activities like exercise or scary movies!.
No caffeine after noon, don't smoke or drink alcohol (it messes up your sleep cycles), no super spicy foods 3 hours before bed (acid reflux can keep you up)!.

If you are overweight and snore, you may have sleep apnea, which severely interferes with quality rest!. Lose weight, or see a doctor about a CPAP machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have this problem!. what you need to do is instead of keeping your brain active before you go to bed like i always sit on my laptop before i go to bed and i can never sleep what you need to do is wind down for half hour just sit on your bed and read or something your brain wont be so active or listen to some nice music not anything to awakie!. but this should help you to wind down so you get a better sleep!. if it doesnt help then it could be the food you eat or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well im prescribed serequel but if ur biological clock is off iv been lookin at research recently on ppl who have ur problem and ppl lookin for technology to deal with jet lag and i found these glasses that use green led lights that reset ur bilogical clock but if ur goin to go out and buy led lights buy blue ones(ur eyes are most reactive to that light) and look at it for 5 min every day for three days and ul be fine or just buy the glassesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise daily and avoid napping!. Try to go to bed at the same time every night!. Wake up at the same time every morning!. Try drinking warm milk before you go to bed!. Don't turn on the lights if you have to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night!. Avoid watching tv before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
