What did I do to my foot?!
Question: What did I do to my foot!?
I have pain in the arch of my foot and on top of my foot over the fourth metatarsal!. If I curl my toes under or turn my foot inward I get pain!. This has been going on for a month or two!. I do not have any bruising but maybe just a wee bit of swelling!. It started when I stood up and heard and felt a loud snap in the bottom of my foot!. This happens every once in a while after I stand up after sitting!. I know I need to go to the doctor and I will but I am without insurance at the moment!. Do you think I tore a ligament or broke something!? Please help!. Thanks

You may have torn the fascia!.!.!.the lining of muscle under the foot!. Best go and get an xray!. Keep off of it and ice it in the meantimeWww@Answer-Health@Com
