Question: Is this a problem with Sprained Ankles!?
I sprained my ankle over a month ago and!.!.!. it's better but the only problme is that if I ever try to point my toes straight, i feel a little pain!. A tug of pain maybe!. Should I not stretch it like that because the pain!? Or Should I stretch it because it'll help!? And my ankle is still a little swollen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you sure that you did not tear any muscles!?
having you been putting weight on the ankle [standing,walking] because swelling and pain equal injury!.

ice for 20 minutes of every hour, take anti-inflammaotry meds if you can (alleve or advil], your ankle should be wrapped with non-adhesive bandage or a laced ankle brace to prevent side-to-side movement during activites but not all the time!.
the ankle is slow to heal and can be re-injuried or stress fractured!. you want need to be careful because weak ankle muscles will just "pop" oneday and then you have a broken ankle which can take 6-12months to completely heal!.

also proper nutrition will help the healing process, calcium, protein, veggies, rice, pasta!.!.!.no fried food, sugar, alcohol, limit caffeine!.
