My entire body is in so much pain. so sore. quick advice. please, i need it.?!
Question: My entire body is in so much pain!. so sore!. quick advice!. please, i need it!.!?
ive ran 2 miles and walked !.6 of a mile
biked 3!.5 miles
150 crunches all ways
all the machines at the gym (arms, shoulders, tricep/bicep, back, outer and inner thights, hips, etc)
10 minute ab video
10 minute pilates ab video
10 minute whole body pilates
10 minute ab pilates again
10 minute flex/stretch out
and did lower back exercises!.
i just felt so fat today so i went all out!.
and now im regretting it because i am beyond sore!.
i took two aleves and it hasnt helped!.
is there anything else i can do to help this situation out!?!?
and i cannot CANNOT take a day off of exercise tomorrow because i took one off yesterday and i only take off twice a week!. and i know i will one day on the weekend!.
so what do i do tonight to make me feel better for tomorrow
pleaseee help!.

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veggies, stretch, and relax!. That's about all you can do!. If any joints hurt, ice them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
take a long hot bath and do some gentle stretching tonight!.
Make tomorrow's workout a low intensity one to give your body time to recover!.
Pain has a purpose!. It lets you know that your muscles have sustained damage!. Giving them time to repair themselves is what builds them up!.
Oh and drink lots of water tonight to flush out the toxins created by your workout!. Eat a meal with good quality protein in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably overexercised!. That is at least three hours of exercise!. One hour a day is good enough!. Just like junk food, too much is bad for exercise, too!. To relieve the pain, rest for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
