Question: Left eyelid has been twitching for a week now without stopping!?!?!?
I've never had an eyelid twitch to last this long!. It's usually for only a few days!. I've read and heard that it could be fatigue, low potassium, and stress!. I've been sleeping well, eating and drinking foods with potassium, and I've been staying away from caffeine, but the twitch won't stop!.

From what I've read online, you've already done most of the treatments by getting more rest and avoiding caffeine!. Try using eye drops and a hot or cold compress on the eye that's twitching!. I guess it's just going to take some time before it stops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
