ps i havnt been eatting much of green foods or purple cool aid so what is it it has been like this for 4 days should i go to the doctors!?

You're digesting too fast!. It's oxidized bile!.
You might be eating food that are speeding up your digestion!. Spinach maybe!? Greasy food!?
You also may have flushed out bacteria and you're also not absorbing as well as you should!. Supposedly if you eat a cup of yogurt it restabilizes the balance of enzymes (!?) and bacteria temporarily!.
Try eating a cup for a few days and it will repair any misbalance!.
Kefir, is like yogurt but more tart!. Kefir adds bacteria that will actually grow in your intestine!.!.!. but in a good way!. Yogurt is only temporary!.
