Question: How to get rid of cramp in palm of hand!?
really painful cramp in palm of hand any ideas on how to get rid of pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In my case, everytime I have such pain, I simply press my hand on a glass table, glass sliding door, glass car window, or even mirror!. Then the negative energy (in a mist form) will be seen when I release my hand from the glass!. Try this!. It might help!. But then, as much as possible, do not carry heavy objects!.
