Question: Help with toe surgery!.!.!.!?

Both of my big toes are deformed due to a childhood accident and I was wondering if there is a kind of surgery I can get to replace my big toes with opposable thumbs instead!? And would my insurance cover it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
