Question: Didn't sleep its 4:32 AM!?
school starts in a few hours!. I can't sleep!.!. is there anything i can do to make myself stay awake when school starts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to sleep for an hour or so!. Take a shower now, then go to sleep for the time you have remaining!. When you wake up to get ready drink some coffee!. I think it is better to get in a little sleep then none at all!. Bring a couple of red bulls to school with you (I am assuming there is no coffee on campus)!. This will help you stay up!. During lunch try to take a little power nap!. Find a quiet place and try to take a 20 minute nap, have a friend wake you or if you have a mobile set it for 20 minutes!. This will also help you feel refreshed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are you allowed to drink water in class!? Slip some ground-up caffiene pills (just enough to wake you up, not enough to kill you) into the water, and just sip when you start feeling a bit groggy!.
If you can't have drinks in class, chug a soda before you leave for school, at lunch, whenever you get a chance, just keep a bottle in your bag!.
Also, to the person who suggested taking a nap, don't do it!!! naps make you feel groggier then before, because it's a just-woke-up feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat eggs for breakfast !.!. eggs prevents that drowsy feeling !.!. do an exercise so you will get a little energized !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
