hey today wasw our first day in hitting ive hit before but now im better and i really hurt my back going in for a tackle today i dono wut happened but the upper right party hurts and a little in the middle wen i bend and stuff what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it hurts but if you wait it out your be ok!.!.i played ball for a long time and sometimes you will hit or be hit weird but its ok!.!.ur bodys just gotta get back into shape you know!.!.your bodys gotta be in hitting shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com
