Question: Spinal Tap!?
I had one done last night and am still very very sore, I cannot sit down or even walk for very long!. Is this normal!? The doctor said I should be able to drive and walk but I am totally bed ridden! Should I go back in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. It's not unusual to be very sore and stiff the next day!. The doctor said you could drive and walk- he didn't say you'd be comfy doing it!. Just take life easy for today!. Try a heating pad on the back, put your feet up, and just go slow!. It may take a few days to lose all the soreness!. You can also use some Ibuprofen to help if you like!. It's normal!. If you are still sore in another day or so- then it's time to see the doctor again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
