you'd sit all day at work anyway!. why not go to work and save the sick day for when you're really really sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your knee needs the rest!. No matter how much you try to rest it at work you still need to get up and get to work and get up to come home!. I would seriously consider a couple days on the couch or in bed!. If you damage it more you could need surgery which would put you out of work longer!.
Hope it's feeling better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It just depends on if you need the money that bad!. That's what I think about when I'm considering calling in to work!. Doesn't sound like you'd do that much anyhow since you will be able to sit most of the day!. That is lucky! And it depends how much your knee hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you shuld let your knee and body get the rest that it needs to heal!. It will probably help in the long run!. Not resting when you've been injured can just aggravate the injury and make it worse, or possibly do more damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im betting they will understand!. If you are usually a great worker they wont feel used!. Dont go in and work more than you should though, that will only prolong your injury!. Hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
