Question: I have pain in my wrist/hand!. what can i do to treat it!?
about half an inch above my wrist (going into my hand) I have pain whenever i bend my wrist to about 90 degrees Is it the wrist or the hand thats hurt, and what kind of pain is it!? What can i do to treat it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because we naturally bend our wrists under while sleeping, try a stiff brace during sleep!. This will give the wrist a rest and still use the wrist during the day!. I would not totally imobolize the wrist 24/7 without advise of Doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sounds like carpal tunnel, wear a wrist brace until you see a doctor and take some anti-inflammatories like naproxen (aleve)Www@Answer-Health@Com
