What is the cause of my stomach pains?!
Question: What is the cause of my stomach pains!?
yesterday and today when i began running i experienced pains in my abdominal area!. The pain was at first coming from the bottom left side of my abdominals above my hip but then the other side started hurting too!. It hurt to the point to where i could not run but when i work out and jump rope it doesnt cause any pain at all so i would like to know the cause and what i can do to prevent thisWww@Answer-Health@Com
