its 3AM and i have a job interview at 10AM and i want to look presentable!. whats the easiest way to help me get things off my mind and fall asleep!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take melatonin, it's a natural hormone that you take in pill form, you can buy them at walmart, walgreens, any store that supplies multi-vitamins, it's a bit expensive but worth it

I take one (a 3mg pill) 20 minutes before I want to go to sleep, and I usually pass out about an hour after I take it!. I have insomnia and those pills helped me sleep, and I'm not addicted (I've been taking them since I was 13)Www@Answer-Health@Com
