I got punched in the arm and became dizzy?!


Question: I got punched in the arm and became dizzy!?
today a couple girls on my softball team were just joking around and one girl punched me in the arm and i got a "dead arm"!. then immediatly after another girl hit me in the same spot and gave me another dead arm!. in the seconds following i became really dizzy and my eyes started watering!. it didnt hurt THAT bad!. i dont even have a bruise!. the dizziness lasted like 5 minutes and i wasn't crying!.

what might have caused this!?
