Hand injury, question regarding cleaning?!

Question: Hand injury, question regarding cleaning!?
My hands got the sh*t bitten out of them by a cat (lets skip the details)!. I can only use a couple fingers on each hand so you can imagine typing this is a bit difficult!. They are all infected and swolen!. I've gotten my tetanus shot (which made my friggin arm sore ) and I'm putting ice and taking pain meds and antibiotics and all that!.
Washing my hands with soap and water is really really painful right now so I'm wondering if I could put some soap and cool water and maybe some hydrogen peroxide or something in a container and just keep dipping my hands in there or if that just wouldn't be sufficient!?
Any suggestions would be appreciated but please be nice, this hurts :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

When it comes to cat bites, this can become serious, sometimes fragments from the cats teeth can be embedded in the skin!. Infection usually always occurs, due to the number of bacteria in the cats mouth!. So that being said!.
I would not use hydrogen peroxide on your hands!. This does not promote healing infact can delay healing!. I WOULD however no matter how painful keep hands clean with soap and water!. This will prevent further infections!. You may want to try some ice on your hands to decrease the swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
