Wart remover burn?!
Question: Wart remover burn!?
Okay, first of all, I know I'm an idiot for doing this!. I don't need you to tell me!. I have a wart on one of my fingers!. I bought some Compound W at the grocery store but when I got home, it was dried out to a rubber like substance!. I didn't feel like going all the way back to the store so I broke off a small piece and put it on the wart and wrapped a band-aid over it!. It was only on for a few hours!. I did notice a mild burning sensation, but I figured that meant it was working!. When I took the band aid off, the wart and the skin around it was white and dead looking!. I cut the wart off with nail clippers but I'm concerned about the skin that was around the wart!. It's white, tough, and looks like a scar!. It's really sensitive and painful to the touch!. Is this a salicylic acid burn!? My skins not red or anything!. Will my skin heal fine on it's own or should I get it checked out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Salicylic acid burns!. It's as simple as that!. The white tough skin you see has been burned!. There really isn't anything a doctor is going to do about it!. You just need to keep an eye on it for signs of infection!. You can expect it to become red at some point, but if you notice pus, extraordinary swelling, or that the area is warmer than the skin around it, it could have become infected!. Leave the bandage off and expose it to air!. Keep your hands clean, and don't pick at it!. It should just heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When you are ready, there is an over the counter stomach medicine called Tagamet that has an odd side efffect!. In 80% of people, it cures warts!. I am NOT making this up!. If you do an internet search on "warts tagamet" you will find all sorts of informtion!.
It is a pill and has few side effects!.

don't worry about it!.!. I've had the same thing happen to me!. keep your hands clean, wear a band aid at school if you want to, and don't add anymore of the Compoud W until the white around the wart goes away, or what's left of the wart!. I know it's painful!.!. but it'll heal up in a couple days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First leave it alone!. Dont pick it!.
Soak your hand in warm water!. If it is not an open wound soak it in Epsom salt!.
If you cant do that pour peroxide over the wart and cover it with a cotton ball and a band-aid for cushion!. If the skin is white it probably means it stayed moist for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

holy COW! youre more brave than i ! haha!. no, its fine!. it will heal!.!. dont put a bandaid or anything on it, just let it breathe and it will dry out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
