Hi hun, sounds pretty annoying to me!. I have had this happen to me many times!. I was afraid that maybe I was Diabetic too because that can be a sign!. However I also noticed that it happened most often after I had eaten a meal with quite a bit of salt in it, Mexican or Chinese food for example do it to me every time!. So my suggestion would be to try not to eat anything salty after, say, 8pm!? If thats feasible for you!. The thing is most people don't realize how much salt there is in the foods that we eat everyday!. Even simple things like lunchmeat, cheese and mayo or mustard for a sandwich have like 600 to 700 mg of sodium ( and that's just the serving size!! Who actually only eats the serving size!?!?) so just watch your salt intake before bed time and maybe that will help!. If it doesn't then I would recommend seeing your physician, just to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be stressed or bothered!.
After my mom's brother was murdered while they were in highschool, she slept walked all the time!.
& she was so emotionally distraught, things were terrible, eventually once her stress levels lowered she didn't do it!.
& When she got married to my dad!.!.!.!. she did the same thing!.
Maybe dehydration isn't the issue!?
Have you considered yoga before bedtime!?
It's quite relaxing and I'm sure it will help you fall asleep quicker, especially if you lay in the corpse pose for a while!.!.!.
just breathing, letting your mind drift off!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you should have a blood test to check your sugar levels!. I have mild type 2 diabetes and feeling thirsty all the time is a symptom, especially if I have eaten too many carbs!.
You may have just developed a drinking habit, ha, sounds like I'm accusing you of binge drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are probably breathing through your mouth!. that dehydrates people more then breathing through their nose!. also toothpaste sometimes will suck the moisture out of your mouth, so you might feel parched!. try gatoraid before you go to bed!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
