It erodes away the lining of your gullet (oesophagus , the pipe your food goes through) and it can affect the stomach lining and the lining of your bowels (the tube from your stomach down to your anus where your poo comes out of)!.
It is SEVERELY bad for you!.
The gullet lining (the inside of the pipe) gets scarred, it is raw and ulcers can form!. You have obviously been lucky that you were not sicker than you were!. The scars are still there, the tissue (what the inside of the gullet is made of) is perhaps thicker so yes, it narrows the actual diameter (how wide it is) of the tube!. You might feel like you choke easily on pieces of food that you do not chew very well!.
If every you see a bottle of chemicals or bleach or cleaning products, put it up and away as high as you can so children cannot reach it!. Tell others what happened to you and teach parents to act more responsibly!.

DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING!. If bleach is on the skin, wash with lots of water!. If bleach is swallowed, give milk or water and seek emergency medical care immediately!.
