Question: Have i chipped my tibia!?
i fell off of a stool i was standing on and as i fell i hit my shin of the stool!.!.!.the bruise is really painful and when i rub my finger along the bruise i can feel an indent in my shin!. have i chipped it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have, although I seriously doubt what you are feeling is "chipped bone"!.!.!.
My advice would be to go have it x-rayed if it continues to hurt, swell, etc!.!.!.!.
Better to go to the Dr and have it be "nothing" than to not go and have it to be "something"!.!.!.it it's chipped or broken, having a Dr evaluate it is your best course of action!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only X-rays would show!.
If it is just a chip - take pain killer!.
If it is broken - need plaster cast or metal fixation!.
If you can still walk without any problem - it is unlikely to be broken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
