You might have iron-defiency!. I use to have this problem, and I slept long hours and was still tired!. It even came to the point where I couldn't focus and I felt like I would pass out!. I went to get some blood taken and I realized that I wasn't producing enough iron!. I take supplements for this that give me a boost sometimes!. Go see your doctor to see what is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If not, and you're in school all day, perhaps you're putting a heavy strain on your eyes without knowing it!. This can make you sleepy even though you're getting plenty of sleep!. Maybe a trip to the optometrist is in order!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
