Well I am on an ADD medication right now and it has been a few months!. The first week I responded very badly to the medicine!.!. I was dizzy and tired and very emotional and I felt sick!. But your body gets used to it and it really ends up helping!. It helped me turn my grades from C's to almost straight A's!. Just hang in there for a week or two and it will probably get better!. If you still feel like that then you should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rosie I am so sorry to hear about your not feeling well!. I have a daughter that was diagnosed with ADD and the first thing i did was go out and buy five books on the subject!. To my dismay not one of them agreed with the other!. Sugar was a big factor to eliminate but she would get it at school and felt like I was punishing her buy not allowing it in our home!. Some books tell how a proper diet can help with the symptoms!. I also learned that some reputable health food stores are well informed or have the immediate means to find what you can use to help you!. There were like 4 supplements I got for my daughter, one was GABA ( that's the only one I can recall right now)!. What ever you do I am glad you have a physician watching over you!. Talk to him ( or her) and see what he suggest!. Be very careful of using alternative means without his ( or her) knowledge! Some things can work adversely with your medication!. There is hope, it only takes time to find the winning combination for you!. But formost thing I would like to end with is to always keep your doctor informed about how you are feeling ang some of the other things you might want to try!.Best wishes!.

regardless of the answers you receive here, you should consult your physician!. Some ADD medication will give you a cloudy feeling at first!. Look up the side effects of your medication on a site like webmdWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you're on riddilin or aderol thats what its supposed to feel like it makes you not you!.!.!.!.!.!. its really sadWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, there is no such thing as ADD or ADHD!. It's just a tool that parents use as an excuse to not take care of their kids!. They made a huge mistake by putting you on this medication!.

In essence, ADD medication is SPEED!. It's modified speed!. The kind of drug people get on the street to get high!. In young people, speed accelerates the mind and body, then puts you in a zombie state!.!.which is what a parent would call a "good, calm child!."

I work in a pharmacy, and in San Antonio!.!.there are tons of 'zombie kids' in the back of cars with parents who come and pick up the ADD medication!. It's horrible!. If I were you, I would NOT take them!. You are definitely mis-diagnosed!. The medication will only tire your mind and body, which is why you feel that way!.

I really hate your parents for putting you on a street drug for a 'illness' that does not even exist!.

How horrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
