Neurofen plus or advil?!

which is stronger i was on panadine fort for pain but have run out and i dont really want to use it again because it made it hard to go to the toilet!. Im still suffering headaches aches and pains and neck stifness from meinigitis!. Normal panadol doesnt releive the pain and fever!. Neurofen plus contains 200mg ibuprofen and 12!.8mg codeine, advil just contains 200mg ibuprofen!.!.!. which one will be better for headaches muscular pain and fever not reduced by panadol!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
