ok i am sober so maybe i can be of more help!.!.!.if it is just a typical sprain probably 2-3 days!. If you have a small fracture it will probably hurt a couple of weeks!.try taking ibprophen,and alternate cold compresses with heat!.!.15 minutes with both!.!.if none if this helps go see a docWww@Answer-Health@Com
you gotta give more details, like have u just started playing!? if u just started playing then its possible that it'l only hurt for 1 or 2 days, i use to workout alot and then i stopped and when i started working out again, (which is like!.!.!. many months later), its hurts my body on the 2nd and sometime on the 3rd day cause your body isnt use to it, if you do it daily,then it wont hurt afterwards, lol hope that make sense, im so drunk and typing lmao
