Neck pain and headaches... help!?!
Question: Neck pain and headaches!.!.!. help!!?
For the past couple of months the base of my neck (where my neck meets my head) has been really sore to the touch!. In the past two weeks, I've been having a pulsing pain at the same spot!. Also, I've had severe headaches (I don't usually get headaches) where it feels like my head has lots of pressure in there!.
I've also had a cold for the past two weeks (runny nose, ear pressure)!.
Tried to make a doctor's appointment today, but they can't take me until next week (something about accepting new patients that takes a week or two) ugh!
Has anybody experienced this or know of what it could possibly be!?

O yes, I've had similar problems for years!. They usually call them tension headaches, but you should rule out anything more serious by seeing a doctor!.
If they are tension headaches, you need to: reduce stress, look at your postural habits--not too much time hunched up in awkward positions-- such as lying down to read, watch TV, or too much time at the computer!.
Go to a physio therapist and a massage therapist!.
Ask your Doctor about what to take for pain!.
It may also be related to whip-lash, if you've ever been in a car accident!.
Or it could be related to how you are sleeping-- grinding your teeth, clenching your jaw!.

sounds like a migrain headache mixed with a sinus headache and stress ouchies you need to eat, drink vitamins,pain killers and sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
hmm not sure but some symptoms do macht with tetanus!. or maybe it could just be ur cold and everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
