Answers:
Best thing to do is get the 4 docs to sign a sworn legal document saying that your foot was fractured!. Also, they would have taken x-rays of your foot as well!. Get a warrant for the hospital to release those x-rays to your lawyer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You also may want to get the nurses notes!. The people who saw you as soon as you came in to suck you dry of your co-pay!. While they are doing that they write down why you are there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to get more proofs from qualified doc (at least 2 doc) in order to convince ur injury,a police report of the accident is an added advantage!.good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are screwed, sorry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes they are excellent at this! I was in ER and they discharged me with pain killers and out-patients Gynecology appointment!. I returned to be told all was 'normal' however they would like to make sure and do exploratory surgery! I thanked them buy after x-ray, ultrasounds, internal exams, swabs, smears, all from gall bladder, renal, gyn bits were normal, so why surgery!? Anyway back on the Internet, found something and the light bulb went off, so returned to my Physician!. He suggested a MRI and that would mean waiting 3 months to 3 years and a trip to the City, or pay for it and results in 2 weeks!. As I was in pain I took the 2 weeks!. The MRI revealed a prolapsed disc!. So I set about getting the Hospital to 'refund' my MRI money, as they 'failed' to diagnose!. Now the first letter back from the Hospital Manager, clearly states: The Consultant Radiologist telephoned my GP who told him I had a Disc problem! This was 12 months before I had the MRI and six months before I went to ER! God they can read minds and have x-ray vision!. They will try every trick in the book and I have since dragged in other Government Institutions and am about to go PUBLIC, as I have some excellent 'false' reporting! In your situation, I am afraid that ER is covering whomever was responsible for the broken step!. Years ago I was with a boyfriend, having a romantic walk along the path on top of the Cliff!. I fell forward, he grabbed me to stop me falling, he fell back and I fell on top of him, broke my ankle! I told this at ER, they wrote, 'Fell while running!' Just in case I wanted to sue the local Council for the trip!?!?!?!? No I really do not think it is possible, as many people sue under false reasons, so those who are truthful get screwed!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
