I want to let you know- i have felt your pain for quite a while now!. Swallowing pills was always sooo hard for me!. Last year, I finally got a pill to go down!. Then everyone told me, "Oh, once I got one down, I was good to go!." However, the next time I attempted to swallow one- no luck!. Since then, I have tried and tried and tried!. Occasionally, some will go down- not much luck!. One way that worked for me was I would take it with soda- in a can- just opened!. The bubbles make it feel like there isnt a pill in ur mouth and if u concentrate rly hard it can go down- sometimes!. It had to be a just opened can for me though, and soon my house was filled with open soda cans!. And the only thing that would go down was Advil- because it is slippery and a circle!. Forget anything bigger!. Now this has been going on for about 7 months now- the sometimes being able to swallow, most of the time not!. Just recently, I was sick with a bacterial infection which meant antibiotics!. The pill was not too big and I was able to swallow it- without soda! Now you are probably thinking, how does that help me!?!? But the point of my story is- dont give up!! it took me seven months of constantly struggling to finally get it!. I think some people just need practice!. Try the soda thing! And also- try swallowing bits of banana!. Sounds weird, but if I cant get a pill to go down, I swallow a little piece of banana (however big i want to make it) and then i try the pill again!. It works bc the banana is so slippery it goes down AND it gives me confidence to swallow the pill!. Don't give up hope- i used to get so frustrated!. It WILL come some day if you dont give up!. Try everything!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
