Question: Anyone out there have Plantar fasciatis and had surgery!?
I have had this condition for almost 4 yrs!. It started from running 5 miles a day on my treadmill!. I wasn't stretching properly apparently!. I was put on steroids for 3 yrs because of how bad the pain was!. I haven't exercised for a long time!. My foot always hurts!. I am having surgery on 6-13 and I was wondering if anybody else out there has had the surgery and can tell me if they are doing okay and can exercise again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
i had the exact thing and i got mine from softball
i was wearing the wrong cleats
but sorry to tell you this but it is a very painful after and a very long recovery usually 6 months but mine only took 3 because I'm young and my foot healed faster then others
and if you have a job that walks lot
you might have to take a couple of weeks off
it sounds scary I'm sorry
but the results will take in
but also since i am young i was unable to play this year of softball but next season i am allowed t go back
but once your foot gets better and you stsrt to stretch well
and find shoes that are in-the comfort of you foot I'm sure you can go back to running

I had the same problem for 2 yrs!.!.!.!.!.I then discoverd Noni Juice!.!.!.no kidding!.!.!.!.I would take 1 oz 3 times a day for the pain!.!.!.!.it relieved the pain which was due to inflammation!. I also did "gentle" stretching exercises to my foot!. After about 9-12 months, yeah it took a while to heal because I am a nurse and have to work a lot on my feet, sometimes 12 hr shifts!.!.!.but it did heal and I am free of that pain now!. The Noni I use (it is good for digestion and other aches and pains too) I purchase online at!.
