Question: Can you pinch or sqeeze an artery or vein shut!?
Over a week ago I asked a physiotherapist to relieve some tension in my neck while lying down on my stomach!. He told me I needed to turn around on my back and he went up behind my head and instead of giving me a massage like I thought he would, he began digging his fingers into the holes to the sides of my neck!. I felt him moving his fingers around, flicking around ligaments, as if searching for something, then he squeezed on something in my left clavicular region for a few seconds that really hurt, he said he

If he ruptured a vein you would most likely have bruising!. If an artery was ruptured you would have bled to death by now!. You need to go to a doctor or e!.r!. if you are having chest pains especially since you got on a tredmill and had chest pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the chest pains are a worry though!.
go see your DR or to an ER if the chest pains are active right now!.
