Nightly nose bleeds?!
Question: Nightly nose bleeds!?
I have been getting a nose bleed every night this past week!. It just starts in the middle of the night and I wake up with blood pouring out of the same nostril!. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this!? Or how I can make it stop!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be your allergies!. If your room is to dry then it will cause this to happen!. i get them every once in a while and i turn on my humidifier with cold water in it and let it run for about 2-3 days then everything is alright!. Dont leave the humidifier on for to long cause it will cause moisture to build up in your walls which will lead to a fungus that is toxic!. You can get a humidifier at your local wal-mart for 10-20 dollars!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Perhaps you need to strengthen your blood vessels with citrus bioflavonoids or a combination of selenium and vitamin E!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
