Question: Is it safe to take a sleeping pill!?
I have one right now!. just got it from my dad's stash!. i have sleeping problems and taking it, not unless anyone could convince me not to!. Are there any side effects to it!? Im 18 by the wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

If this is a prescription sleeping pill please don't take it!. They were prescribed for your father, not you!. You may have underlying problems that are not compatible with this kind of pill!. If you're having problems sleeping then go see a dr!. and they can prescribe pills that are specifically for you!.

There is a risk of dependency, meaning that after a while you won't be able to fall asleep without it!. I use this herbal pill with Valerian and Hops!. That stuff just calms you down and makes you feel sleepy without the risk of becoming dependent on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should go to the store and buy sleeping aid, not pills!. a sleeping aid, aids you to sleep with no side effects!. it will give you 8 hours and is way better than a sleeping pill!. because a pill can make you dependantWww@Answer-Health@Com
