Question: Back Pain Due to Surgery A Year and a Half Ago!?
I had surgery on my back due to a pinched nerve!. I've been taking Tylenol 2 for the pain!. Does anyone know any suggestions to get rid of my back pain!? It is usually due to the fact that I sit all day at work!. Some advice would be nice!. Thank you! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Back Pain is a postural disorder , even after surgery you are required to manage your back and not to over strain!.

Ensure you have proper armrest in your chair, toilet seat and bathroom seat so that you can partially divide your weight on hands when you lift yourself!.
Try to keep your back straight during lifting of heavy objects, you can use custom built belts also!.

Ensure proper footwears after foot scanning to reduce strain in your foot, knees and hip!.

Do not use pain killers they are real killers, reduce stress and do not get depressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the gym and ask what exercise you can do for your problem they will know best!.if you cant afford that get your doc to refer you to a physioWww@Answer-Health@Com

My aunt's doctor taught her some stretching exercises, and sometimes she uses a heat pad for 15 minutes to relief the pain!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
