Question: What's wrong with my hips!?
During the night i experience a dull pain deep inside both of my hips which seems to radiate outwards & causes me discomfort waking me up , could anyone tell me what this is please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well are you overweight!? It's quite possible this is causing the pain, so many people these days live totally unhealthy lifestyles, overeating, no exercise other than trips to the fridge to get another chocolate bar, then they wonder why their partner starts making noises about needing a bigger car and they wonder why, as in your post, they are experiencing pain!.

Hello!.I strongly suggest you book an appointment with your GP to get a proper diagnosis!.It could be general joint stiffness from laying in one position for a lot of the night!.It could also be a form of sciatica or lower back problems!.Could it be mild arthritis perhaps!?
A proper diagnosis is really required though!.
Don't put off making an appointment though!.

It is impossible to tell without knowing what you do all day!. For all we know you might be a human rubber man- you know the person that folds themselves into a box for a living!. So without knowing it is not safe for you to take our advice if you are in actual pain!. For real life stuff that could mess you up in the long run please see a doctor!. It sounds as though it could possibly be wear & tear on the joints, if you've done alot of exercise this may be the cause & it's also possible that it could be mild arthritis as a result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
