How can I ger better at this?!


Question: How can I ger better at this!?
How can I get better at being a morning person!? On the weekdays I wake up at 6 and am always soo tired!. On the weekends I sleep 'til like 1 PM and I am always well rested but of course I waste the day away and never get anything done!. I go to bed at about 10 every night and I just wanna be able to get up and be happy and ready for the day ahead of me!. No sleepy and crabby!. Have any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It IS possible to switch over to be a morning person!. The first thing is to NEVER allow yourself to sleep that late on the weekends!. That just resets your biological clock back to a night rhythm!. Try to keep the same hours on the week-end as on the week-days!. No more than an hour or two variance!. Second, NO coffee or caffeine containing beverages or energy drinks after 12:00 noon!. Third, eat a protein breakfast!. Fourth, eat carbs at night!. You may have to switch your supper time to 5 or 6 o'clock!. and take a carbo snack in the evening!. Fourth, do some cardio, or other exercise when you get up in the morning!. Five, turn down the lights about an hour before you plan to go to bed!. That will signal your biological clock to begin shutting down for the day!.

Do this regularly, and you should be able to re-program yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
