Question: Can you go out into the sun the next day after a sunburn!?
I got a bad sunburn yesterday when I was in the sun!.!.!. I have to be in the sun all weekend with no choice but to wear a bathing suit because of the water festival!. I know it is a bad idea but what is the best thing to do in my situation!? I don't want to burn worse!.!.!. Will sunscreen with a very high SPF help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best to stay in, but if you are going out anyway, use high SPF sunscreen, long pants or skirt, long sleeves, and wide brim hat!. I am sure you can find something that is suitably light so you will be covered but not exposed!. Any bare skin that is already burned will hurt even with a sunscreen, just from the heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
