Yes, the computer may definitely be straining your eyes especially if you are looking at a bright screen in a dark room!. Give your eyes a break and try not use it for more than an hour straight!.

I always know when I am coming down with an illness because my eyes feel sore!. My test to determine if it is illness induced rather than stress (such as too much computer time) is to close my eyes and while they are closed I roll them around and look up!. If they feel sore when I do this then it is almost always a sinus infection or cold coming on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Blink every 10 minutes and seek out an object in the distance to refocus your eyes!. Could also be glaucoma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
