Hi,Try this it works for me!.Stand up and look straight ahead,tilt your head towards your chest,then come back to normal then tilt your head backwards then back to normal position then tilt your head left back to normal then to the right,just doe this about 10 times and then roll your shoulders foreward then backwards and see how you feel!.Goodluck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
