I dont like sleeping at night but love to sleep in the daytime?!


Question: I dont like sleeping at night but love to sleep in the daytime!?
is this weired!? Im a night person and im so alert and awake at night!.!.how can i change my ways!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've always been a night person too! I noticed though that I felt better and healthier over all when I had a day schedule!. I even lost weight, am mentally more alert and have fewer severe migraines when I sleep at night! I eat better and exercise more then before, too! You can also try "clocking around" (I can't remember the name)!. It's where you stay up 2 hours past when you would go to sleep each day every day until you're on a schedule good for you!. For example, say you went to bed at 8am and got up at 4pm today, tomorrow go to bed at 10am and get up at 6pm!. The next day, go to bed at 12pm and get up at 8pm and so on!. I am the exact same way!. I was worried in bed last night when I went to bed at 4am!. I was thinking how the sun was about to rise in a few hours and the majority of people would be up and starting a whole new day!. I felt as though I was missing out!. I'm planning on trying to wake up earlier so I'll be sleepier when night comes!. I, too, am a total night person!. It's when I am most awake and alert! I believe we can change this around though!. It's just going to take a bit of work!. I'm going to try and start going to bed an hour earlier tonight and then an hour the next night!. The key is to set your alarm and MAKE yourself wake up earlier than you normally would!. That way you will be sleepier when night comes! Good luck to us! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i kinda am the same way up all night sleep in the day but i think its jus like if u keep staying up late and going to bed in the mornign your body jus gets use to it so i think its okWww@Answer-Health@Com
