Problems getting out of bed for school...?!


Question: Problems getting out of bed for school!.!.!.!?
I got to bed late at night!. about midnight, and i wake up at 7:00a!.m!. Its hard for me to go to bed early!. I tried a lot of things to try and make me tired, but its hard! My alarm clock goes off, right beside me [literally] in the morning, and i cant hear it!.!. but it wakes up my other family members in the other room!. When i finally get out of bed i feel sooo tired!.

How can it be easier for me to get up in the morning!?!?

You may not be expending enough of your energy throughout your day!. Eliminating all caffeen from your diet will help drastically!. Also, eating well and exercising regularly will help your body function properly!. Going to bed 30 min befor you want to be asleep will help, but you need to relax your mind and body!. If your mind is too full or active, your body fights to keep up with it!. Try meditating every night for 10 min before bedtime, good meditation tips can be found in Sylvia Browne's Meditation books!. I used to have the same problem last year!. I read online about a lot of stuff you can do, but what I found worked for me was stretching before I went to bed so my body was relaxed!. Also, take long deep breathes and count them- I've always fallen asleep before 100!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wish i knew i have the same problem!. one time i got my mom to wake me up really early like 5:30 then by like 9:30 pm i was really tired that helped but still have a problem with it! sorry i couldn't help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
