How can you tell a spider bite from a bee sting?!

Question: How can you tell a spider bite from a bee sting!?
I got bit by something yesterday, and I assumed it was a bee sting!. I didn't think anything of it until this morning when I woke up with my entire arm very sore!. Somebody told me it looks like a spider bite!. It's not very swollen or anything, just kind of red!. Is there a way to treat spider bites!? I'm assuming that anything poisonous would have already made me sick (it's been 24 hours)!. I'm not worried about that!. I was just wondering if there's a way to tell if it's a spider bite, and if there's anything that will take the soreness out of it, if it is!. Somebody told me raw meat would work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might also try taking a benedryl or using benedryl ointment or cream on it to take care of any allergic portion of the problem!. If you're allergic that can contribute to the swelling and pain, and possible itching!. Also look at the veins around the bite!. If they aren't bright red you should be just fine!. You're right, if it was very poisonous you'd know by now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have a stinger in the wound!? I know some bees or hornets will not leave a stinger in place, but if the area is red & itchy ( @ the same time painful ) its probably an insect, as opposed to arachnidid!. Either way I agree with Poo in having a Bennadryl, anything with dyphenhydromine to counteract any further reaction!. Remember it will make you sleepy tho!! :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Search for spiders in your house!.

Look under the bed!.

Fumigate the place!.

Possibly a tick, mite, flea, or alien multidimensional interloper!.

Stay safe,

Generally with a spider bite you will see 2 puncture wounds side by side!. (Like 2 dots!.) With a bee sting there is only 1 hole or puncture mark!. Treatment will depend on how the site looks!. If it was a bee sting, it should be fine!. Obviously if it starts getting worse don't take any chances and go to the doctor especially if it gets red and swollen because the stinger could still be lodged in and/or it could be infected!. Spider bites are very tricky!. When a spider bites you, it injects poison into your skin and the poison actually eats the skin away like an acid!. (This is how they eat bugs, they inject them and then drink them once they turn to goo!.) You have to be very careful with spider bites because you can get very sick from them!. Spider bites get infected very easily and the poison can actually spread to your blood stream and get you very sick!. Be very careful!! Keep an eye on it!. Keep it iced to help reduce swelling!. Try putting a solution of ammonia with water on it!. This is very good for bee stings and spider bites!. You could also buy an over the counter medication for it!. Ammonia is one of the main ingredients for a lot of the over the counter meds for stings, which is why I recommend diluting some with water and just using that!. (Urine has ammonia in it, that's why they use to say that pee works great on jellyfish and bee stings!. Yucky huh!?!!!!) Anyways, try the ammonia and water, ice it, and keep an eye on it!. If it swells don't try to pop it or drain it because it can make the poison spread!. If it gets redder or swells go to the doctor!. I hope you feel better soon!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
