Question: Why do my ankles crack even when im resting!?
my ankles crack almost all day sometimes i get a sharp pain in the leg that the ankle cracked please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

I can't answer your question, but many times when I'm walking my right ankle will pop with every step I take!. It doesn't bother me but if its in a place were lots of people are an its quite that give me a strange looks like they're thinking, stop that, your bothering me!. Its done this for many years and I never had a problem out of that ankle!.
Years back my right knee would pop once in a while, when it did this by the next day it would be kind of sore!. The last time it did this by the next day I could hardly walk, but after about 5 days it got OK!. I told myself if it happened again I was going straight to the doctor, but its never done it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
