Question: Can a 48 hour virus last 5 days or go away and come back!?
I woke up on a Wednesday all dizzy and like I was on a fishing boat and sat up and bed and was just as if I was sitting on a merry go around and everything was turning round and round , got sweats, dirarear, vomitting, etc!.!. by the afternoon there was nothing but bile and stomach fluids, the same with Thursday!. I was still sick and dizzy on Friday, felt better Friday afternoon, late afternoon and was able to run errands and go out and about, felt fine sitting but weak and queasy standing and walking!. So late Friday night thought I was over it and Saturday morning was the same as Wednesday morning without the vomitting!. Today is Sunday and have felt like on a rock fishing ship!. I get wicked dizzy spells and feel sick!. I haven't eat nothing but crackers, saltine crackers, drank ice water, and othe light foods since Tuesday night!. I can see drinking gingerale too fast or eating a certain food making me feel sick , but dizzy!? I don't understand what could be going on!. Was told 48 hour bug!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a 48 hour virus is just something people say to explain they were better in 2 days!. Viruses can affect people for different amount of time and some people may suffer just a few symptoms and others may suffer alot worse from the same virus!.
There's so many different types of viruses, most of which adapt and change, so it is possible to get a virus, pass it someone else and get it again just slightly differently making you sick again!. Or maybe you caught 2 different viruses, who knows! Viruses are complex little things and work in many different ways, and us humans still havent got alot of them figured out or found treatment for them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be reinfecting yourself from a toothbrush,glass or whatever!.but since you mentioned diarrhea i ruled out that you could have an inner ear problem that i had!.i had the same symtoms with the bad dizziness,nasuea,vomiting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
