You should try them both out to see which works better than you!. Trial size/travel packages of medications are often available at the drugstore or even the grocery store!.
The difference between the two is this:
*Midol contains acetaminophen (the pain reliever that is the active ingredient in Tylenol), a diuretic (which makes you pee and helps bloating), and about 50 mg of caffeine (about the same amount in a normal cup of coffee)!.
*Pamprin contains acetaminophen, a small amount of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory called magnesium salicylate, and a diuretic!.
So the main difference is the caffeine!. Caffeine does work as a pain reliever, and I find Midol to be more effective personally!. But you should see what works for you!. I think it would be a good idea to get a package of both!. You can take Midol if you have cramps during the day and Pamprin if you have cramps near bedtime, so the caffeine won't keep you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Midol I'd say, but it's really up to you, we don't know how your body reacts, so I'd say midol but which ever one works best for YOU!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
