Best stretches for hip pain? (10 points!! helppp)?!


Question: Best stretches for hip pain!? (10 points!! helppp)!?
I have extreme pain in my hip from running and overuse I am guessing!.

It is pain on the hip bone itself,
right below the protruding bone in that angle,
very top of thigh,
and above the hip bone!.

what stretches can I do to stretch it out and make it feel better!?
please helpp!.

sounds like iliopsoas muscle!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. stretching should be performed by,
- lying on your back with your hip,knee and ankle float on the air (end of the couch)
-flex one knee upto your chest with your hands
-automatically opposite side muscle stretches,
-otherwise, ask someone to press over lower thigh that is above knee!.!.!. do it 2 times daily with 10 sec holding time!.!.
it will be useful!.!.!.!.!. do with other warm up ex!. !.!.!.!. make sure that you are doing it correctly!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same problem a few months ago!. my personal trainer taught me 4 easy stretches!. (hold each side for 30 sec!.)

lye down with your back on the floor!.!.!.

1!. take both ur legs and bend both of them and cross them across your body!. do the same thing on both your left and right sides!.

2!. now stay in the same position and straighten both legs!. do the same thing on both the left and right sides!.

3!. now curl one leg in and pull it towards your chest and have the other one stretching outwards!. do the same thing with both legs!.

4!. take your curled leg and place it across your body with the other leg stretched outwards on the floor!. do the same thing with both legs!.
