Best stretches for hip pain...please help me. easy 10 points!?!


Question: Best stretches for hip pain!.!.!.please help me!. easy 10 points!!?
I have extreme pain in my hip from running and overuse I am guessing!.

It is pain on the hip bone itself,
right below the protruding bone in that angle,
very top of thigh,
and above the hip bone!.

what stretches can I do to stretch it out and make it feel better!?
please helpp!.

LOL, not to be cruel, i always made the same mistake, that is if
i'm right, Our Hips are the Joints where your Leg connects to your body, ( between your groin and the point your describe ), what you describe, may be a bruised muscle below your iLLium, the bone we hang our pants on, at least the older generation, Me, also known as the iLLiac crest!.
You say over-training, maybe to the point of straining a
muscle, try a cold , is say cold, not meaning ICE, unless it is kept wrapped so the ice is not directly against the skin
One stretch i like, is 1- sit on Floor, legs straight in front
of you, 2- bend your Right Leg, and put that Leg's foot on the
( outside of the other legs Knee ) with the foot Flat on the Floor, 3- pull the , bent right Knee , towards your Left shoulder 4- this gives a diagonal stretch the the Buttocks muscle!. another stretch is stretching the Quad, by pulling the foot toward your buttock, while in a standing position or lying sideways on the floor!. another is the
looks like a butter-fly stretch of the inner leg (you know on Floor, feet together, elbows lightly pushing knees towards the Floor!. No diagnosis, just thoughts of experience!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do like bridges (back bends) and while your in it!.!. put both feet together and, like extend them so they are straight!. this will for SURE stretch the upper thigh area!.

ever hear of the froggy!?!?!? sit on the ground (like your gunna do a straddle) but bend your legs so your feet are touching your put and this will stretch your hips!. ******forgot too add the important part!.!. while your sitting like this,, walk your hands forward like your about the put your chest on the ground***Www@Answer-Health@Com
