Question: Owww!.!.!.my neck!!!!?
i fell off a mechanical bull the other day while quite drunk!.!.!.it was fine then, but now my neck is really painful!. i cant turn my head without it hurting loads! i have had a neck massage from a student chirporactor!.!.!.but it still hurts!.!.!.
1) any ideas on what is wrong!.!.!.or will it just go!?

2) what can i do to get it sorted!?

Your description sounds like you got a whiplash!? I would try for warm compresses!? and small neck messages once every 20 minutes!? Perhaps consult a doctor for good over the counter medications that would lessen the inflamed muscles!? Other than that!.!.!. try for warm baths and lie down for a while!? I'm out of advices and please do not follow my advice if it ended up making it worse and go to a doctor!. OK!?

If you continue to force your neck to move, your blood vessels will push the blood to your head or constrict to the point you would have bad headaches, so gently rotate your head when you need to!. I been there and I cried buckets when I forced my neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
