Question: Heel pain! back of heel only hurts when i put on shoes!. help!!?
saw doc, had x ray, no damage!. he called it pump bump!? gave me various cups and pads!. didnt work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've seen that condition with some patients but never heard it called the pump bump before! I had to google it!.

i had a similar problem when i was wearing slip on shoes for a while!. try using new balance shoes cause they are comfortable and support your ankles!Www@Answer-Health@Com
