Depending on the amount of Xanax you take and length of time you have been taking it it can possibly take up to a week to get a clean UA!. If you have been on it awhile (3+ months) and have been taking it daily you should not stop cold turkey (you could have a seizure) contact your doctor for help!. Im a detox nurse and we keep Benzo patients in Detox and medicated with anti-seizure meds for 7-10 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
